Thanks, again guys. I'll definitely get some photos, and sorry about mileage. It's currently 147k and change and the engine was done at 137k and change, so roughly 10k miles on the rebuild along with several documented oil changes - the first being the 1000 mile break in change, the second at around 2000 miles after Discount Tire crushed my oil lines (which I was fortunate enough to see and photograph them doing), the third done by myself at 5000 (perhaps only documented by my Gibbs oil receipt from LN Engineering), and the last done at around 8000 when the oil cooler and rocker shaft seals were installed.

I bought the car with around 100 miles on the rebuild from the shop that did the build, so the "within past 10k miles" was just my own reference point. Sorry for not being more clear. Mileage is pretty documentable via past receipts which date to around 1998 (the year the long time second owner's shop went to an electronic system) and 100k miles.

The 1982 911 from BAT definitely perplexes me. I thought it seemed like a fair price, but I suspect maybe the high total mileage and disclosed accident may have held it back. I also didn't see miles since the 2012 rebuild (maybe it was mentioned in comments), and the sunset lighting seems to makes the platinum metallic look a lot more pink than I remember. I would have thought that car would have brought at least $30k on craigslist (I know it would in Dallas, but you'd of course have to deal with countless BS calls).
