I DID speak to a customer service rep when I was going to place the order in July. He told me it was only valid ONE time. So, I ordered most of the stuff from other suppliers. I am likely not the only person affected by this. Loyalty only goes so far.

It is an annual deal, so it is valid once a year for a purchase.
