A couple of things...

Avoid any sort of horse play at work. Why does your workplace have a HR department?
(It's an expensive department considering their average workload.)

When a woman is talking to you make sure you understand what she's saying. Sounds obvious but understanding is the key.

This is one I tell younger guys all the time...
If a woman is interested in your she'll let you know. Subtly at first and of you don't get it she'll ramp it up.
