Haha, no affiliation with them, the guy who bought the 745 must have been an executive who did not know what he was buying, was told it was special. And lucky for us here up north the owner of that shop went south, to FLA I think.
With that 535 in Charlotte, I still do not think it is a "S" no sport seats, but looks like decent condition, high milage but interior and shell look decent, looks like trunk clear coat is peeling, would like to see a pic of the inside bottom of the door and seams, usually tells the story. I think the freeze thaw really does a number on these cars, 20 years ago my 533 was in decent shape until I started parking underground, with the Toronto road salt and the doors freezing during the day it went to crap over the next couple of years, and I was spraying oil in the doors.
I think that car looks like it has not seen winter. There are enough areas that have those conditions, so decent cars are out there for reasonable price just requires time to look.

I have spent more time fixing my 2011 2500hd this year then I have on my 1987 535i, and I drive the bmw more, rear tail light connections always seem to be a problem though.
