It doesn't have Android Auto, but
this Blaupunkt single DIN unit is cheap as can be and offers bluetooth support. I installed it in my car and I use it to stream Pandora and voice out my Google Maps directions, it also looks good installed and almost feels stock, with the overall design; there are a couple downsides though:
The microphone doesn't seem to pick up very well, and I wonder if an external mic can be wired into it to fix this. Also, the LEDs seem to go out after a few minutes of driving; not a giant deal though considering that I use this as a fancy bluetooth "headset", essentially. Not bad when you consider it's only $20 though, and it's a temporary deal until I'm bothered to spend the cash on an Android Auto unit myself.
