We found this thing in our condo. It’s made of oak, the nails that edge PNC through the base and the price of sheet metal that is screwed on the cross piece are all brass. It also has hole in the base to allow it to hang. What is it? We can’t figure it out.
The thing is about a foot long and three and a half inches wide and an inch and a half high
