I assume you mean PASM which is the Porsche Active Suspension Management. PSM is Porsche stability Management which is traction control and the nanny that will rein things in if you start to lose it.
I like the Sport throttle maps too, but since I've got a manual, Sport mode does nothing for my shifts. PASM is nice, but unless you're on smooth roads, I think it hurts handling. I've also got PSE, so the louder exhaust note is nice too.
