William recently completed a very difficult rebuild for me on a mildly built 3.6L 964 engine. The case had multiple problems that William was able to resolve and successfully seal up. This ended up being a much longer process than anticipated primarily due to unforeseen problems with parts that I provided for him and wait times on work being done on others. His experience and help on the phone explaining things to me and walking me through the different decisions I had to make was invaluable. I can't praise him enough for his help though this process. He never once made me feel like he was rushing me off the phone or annoyed by my newbie questions. This entire rebuild process was quite expensive and trust is obviously very important when having someone remote build an engine. William lived up to and exceeded all of the glowing reviews and references that I checked prior to having him do the work. I cant thank him enough.
