Do you hear any clunking sounds over small speed bumps? Push down on the suspension by the fender or trunk and see how the suspension reacts. The suspension, if original, is almost 5 years old. Remember, time is just as much of a wear factor as mileage. Just because it has 37k miles doesn't mean that components in the suspension haven't dried out or are needing some TLC.
