I'm going to vent...

The only reasn why each and every one of us enjoys the high standards of living we do is because of the United States' international military power. Sad but true - might is always right. We reap the benefits of our strong military even when we do the smallest things such as drink clean water (which we still have). If we were weak and didn't fight for every inch of land in which we occupy, somebody else would. Maybe Bin Laden?

No thanks to being a peace loving hippie right now. Saying that we should not take action in the current situation to combat the force which threatens our free society is absolutely absurd. I want my children to feel safe, recieve a quality education and grow up to raise similar children that live full lives.

Having a society stuck in the middle ages such as the majority of Afganistan is sickening. No thanks - I won't let Bin Laden turn my world upside down. I'd like my women educated and my children fed! Give me a break!
