it's a bit more complicated than that unfortunately. At first he wanted to just throw it out there with no price and take offers until he found someone willing to pay his price. A price he has asked me to help him determine, hence my original post. I told him just as sellers don't like tire kickers, buyers don't like sellers who can't decide on a selling price. I then told him it's better to put out a high price and have the buyer tell you why it's not worth that than to get a low ball offer and have to justify why it's worth more when he doesn't really know why it's worth more. I am tracking actual sales on ebay, Bring a Trailer, Hagerty's auction results and others to gauge actual sales. It's an 80 year old man trying to sell it for his 83 year old sister......enough said.
