I should clarify, "In the $50k's" means anywhere from $50-59k, closer to the high end for good cars. Totally agree the great cars are above $70k, but I'm talking about the 99%, not the 1% (or maybe to be a little more fair, the 95% not the 5%).
.....and I've seen 3 cars (all black) trade sub $50k over the past 4 months. All track cars that would not be fun to street drive and all over 100k miles. Honestly neither of those would scare me off, but I'd prefer to pay an extra $10k for a car that's had an easier life.
