Don’t let a little track time scare you. Miles and use tend to be good for these cars. You want one regularly driven with maintenance records.
Regarding pccb the versions in the 996 were early and frankly i don’t feel Porsche got it right until the latest 991. The 997 are ok. If it has carbons you’ll want them inspected for wear. Or just put steel on it.
