Yep. I got a work up when they noticed. I didn't do a huge hard-core stress test, but they did hook me up and have me run on a treadmill while constantly increasing the angle and speed (and I wasn't in shape at the time, but they said that I did better than most).
They asked me several times if I had any symptoms, tired even after sleeping, etc.... I've got nothing. And as soon as I start to exercise, they go away, and my heart beats fine.
He basically did the medical equivalent of shugging and saying "if you feel ok, then don't worry about it."
I've since run a 10k (several times) and ridden a bicycle 150 miles in 2 days and run 8, 7.5 and 7 min miles.
I'm not dead yet.
I don't feel anything. If I (or someone else, or most machines) take my pulse and I'm very relaxed, then it usually shows as between the upper 30s and 50s, but that's because they aren't feeling 1/3 - 1/2 of the beats.
