Actually, intake charge has nothing to do with EGT and turbine-housing temp but is directly proportional to boost pressure and compressor efficiency...
With other words, intake charge is compressed on the cold side of turbo.
Engine is old school SAAB 900 Turbo on engine dyno...doing 80 hrs stress run or something.
