The note about getting a sealed and certified product is right exactly. I go to the only licensed and certified shop in LaMesa CA as they are inspected and I am not sure who does that sort of thing, maybe Cheece and Chong, but the CBD oil I bought was in a sealed box and the cap was sealed.
