Before I tried any of the CBO/CBD alternatives, I did copious amounts of homework and talked to a lot of folks (people like me that have an aversion to "pills") and found trusted providers.

I am able to walk and "WOG" (not a pretty sight) without pain and I have been able to exercise, lose weight and box again. That is a big deal to me. I can't play hardball anymore but there are few over 60 leagues...the 50 year-old guys are too tough

I have no desire to smoke MJ again but consider the creams a godsend, placebo or not. I take no medications at 63 (just turned 63 today), zippy.

Right hip replacement is in my future, but I can delay for now.
Well, Happy Birthday!

I think it's great that it's working for you, I might have to try it sometime for my chronic back/disc pain. The thought of getting addicted to opioids in my old age is enough to make me throw in the towel.

I think that I get where Island is coming from but as usual, his delivery could use some work. Ibuprofin is what I take for headaches and minor to severe short term pain and it works extremely well but long term use of it or Tylenol or aspirin has other bad side effects. One of my doctors told me recently that if Ibuprofin was invented today, it would be a prescription medicine, for sure. It works that well.

If CBD and CBO really doesn't have any undesirable side effects, it could be the miracle medicine of the times.
