Plastic surgery is fine and can often improve a persons life especially after an accident or illness so no issues there.
Fake watches are something else entirely. If you can't afford the real thing then why wear a fake?
Even if everybody thinks it's real I can't see the point of wearing something you know is fake.
If you want a Rolex, save up and buy second hand and if you buy the right one it will never lose value.

I've seen fake boobs that look real (the exception rather than the rule) and real boobs that are so full and perky that they look fake. The keys points (hah) are to 1, not go too big and 2 have enough of your own boob over the implant so it isn't obvious (think of it as boob camouflage or maybe a boob blind).
I'm not a fan of fake boobs, by the way. They usually fill out a shirt, but unleash them and they are usually not attractive. And the possible changes as they've been in a while (scar tissue) and the possible health implications make them muy undesirable.
