What's the deal with "no commuting"? My PA Antique tags nominally allow me to drive the car to work once a week - which probably translates to a dozen times a year. I will most often bring it to work if I am attending a car-centered event after work. We also pick days when we bring our classic/antique cars to work.
That's where I ran into a problem with Leland West. Not the driving restrictions but the value. Holly was in charge then. He would only insure my old 911S up to $35,000 when I'd already turned down 50K. This was back in the years when early 911 values were just taking off. So, I moved to Hagerty, who monitored the market better at the time.

Never had a claim with either, so can't comment on that.
