I've pretty much had very good feet my whole life. Around 9 yrs old, there was some pain when I began playing a LOT of baseball. All good since then.
I've ran for exercise all along. However, I've been very lazy for the last year or so.
Minimal running, and as a result I've added some el bees.
About a month ago, I was wearing flip flops and sitting at a bar. I put the ball of my left foot on the foot-rail to adjust my seat.
It felt like there was a small bundle drinking straws running longitudinally inside my foot and they were rolling over each other. Very sharp pain, but it only lasted a few seconds.
Then all felt mostly normal. Minor residual tingling that dissipated with a minute or two.
Next day all felt normal. About a week later I was driving my Subie and while shifting gears my left foot began to ache. Did not feel like straws, though.
Last couple weeks it hasn't hurt, but I can tell it's there,
I presume it's my plantar fascia having some problems.
What do you reckon, Doc?
