Stay hydrated. Use a rolling pin under the desk to exercise. Shoe cushion inserts. Stretching. Massage. Vitamins. etc
There may be knee/leg/hip weakness that is causing too much foot effort.
The whole body may be kinked.
Consciously stay balanced and as an upright stalk when walking.
If not equal, fix it with repeat efforts.
It will be a long-term fix and take time.
New muscles will briefly hurt when reactivated.
