Thanks a bunch!
Moron's neuroma, hmm.
As a kid, I could never wear flip flops. Couldn't stand those things between my toes. Just in the last 15 yrs or so I've had some cheapies to wear at the pool, but rarely wear them anyplace else. Then in 2014 I found some called Olukai. I'm on my second pair. They fit very well and the between toes thing is minimal. I'll put them away and only use at the pool.

For running shoes, when I was in my early 20's I went to a running shoe place and discussed my foot type so I would have the proper equipment. My foot is sort of wide, so Nikes were out. Found ASICS and mostly used that brand over the years. About 12 years ago I went to Road Runner Sports and told them nothing of my running or the shoes I'd been using. Went through their running evaluation and found I have a neutral strike and very good ankle stability. I'd been using the proper shoes all along.

I'm about 15-20 el bees up from 2017. I reckon it's time to get back at the fitness thing.
And I don't mean "fitness pizza in my mouth".
