I've had my 2013 Carrera 4S for just 2 months now, and I've noticed something that I guess isn't too surprising... young men in their ricer civics and mitsubishis are routinely doing weird stuff around me.... driving like maniacs in and out of traffic, doing hard corners in from of me, etc. I don't recall noticing this when I drive my truck. It's as though the sight of a Porsche causes them to go stark raving mad. Some a-hole almost caused a multiple car pile up recklessly maneuvering around me in heavy traffic today as I was driving home this afternoon. Interested to hear how commonplace this is.

When I had my '88 911, I had the same thing, ricers, trucks, etc.... I don't have anyone try to mess with me in the Boxster, but then I don't drive in the same areas now that I did then which I think is part of it.

The even weirder thing is that when I got my miata, I constantly had people in mustangs and camaros wanting to race me and even had an old guy in a corvette trying really hard in heavy traffic to goad me into racing or something.
