I thought that I shared one such example in the forum, but it must have been at least 10 years ago.
My neighbors cat called Lambert died about 15 years ago, and was buried in the backyard of the house next door. The couple that owned him moved out about six months later and rented out the house.
Both my wife and I could feel a cat walking (typically left to right) across our feet in the middle of the night, the way Lambert did with his owners. We knew the cat well as my wife used to babysit for them (
and also kitty sit) and we would have dinner over there once or twice a year.
Ghost kitty is what we called it.
Oh, if you opened your eyes the ghost kitty paw prints would stop instantly treading across your ankles.
My wife and I would often wake up at the same time feeling the ghost kitty - and we would talk about it.
This went on for 3-4 years, and would reoccur typically when one of us was sick or ill.
