My mom's parents bought a house in 1929 and did not move out until they put my grandmother in a nursing home. They never moved even once. That always seems weird to me, since we moved something like 16 times before I left home. Since leaving home and becoming a real adult, I have moved only 5 times. We plan to be here until they wheel us out on a gurney to the morgue or to the nursing home in a hundred years or so. I plan to live forever. So far so good.
