The headlight on the passenger side is lighter than the driver side. It was replaced.

Judging from the scrapes, the bumper was not replaced.
From the looks of this pic, someone was
pushing their luck, and either drove under an SUV/truck in front of them, or a truck, or something backed over the car while it was parked.

See the gash on the front bumper under the passenger light?
That is probably where the offending object (something hanging down off the rear bumper of the truck/whatever) really dug into the bumper, destroying the headlight assembly (which later got replaced), and leaving the mark you are asking about. The gash/scrape in the bumper even points to the dent in the fender you are asking about.
