I am a terrible typist. Never learned to touch type, so I'm a two-finger pecker (as opposed to a different kind of pecker). I also type really really fast, so I make a ton of mistakes. Sometimes, autocorrect catches them, but sometimes . . . oh boy.

Today I was writing a note to a magazine writer whose work I admire. I intended to close with "I admire your thoughts, sir!" But autocorrect changed it to "I admire your thighs, sir!" I noticed it just as I was about to hit send.
