All the air cooled 911's and 944's that I have owned and raced I find the engine and transmission on the Boxter a real piece of disposable crap. We are going to have to change the class rules soon as we are running out of throw away engines and gearboxes for the early cars. We will have to start in on the next generation Boxter junk yard crap, run thru that supply then move on
The boxter suspension is great
The boxter is a chick car . Just have a look at the over done mess they call the wiring harness compared to the simple old school air cooled similar harness on the 944.
