Who cares about aero drag when the sell is F150 drag? 
For refnc the cayenne S has a Cd of .35 and a top speed of 164mph and a 0-60 time at a 'slow' 4.6 sec. (refnc: https://www.motortrend.com/cars/porsche/cayenne/2019/2019-porsche-cayenne-first-look-review/)
Off road? Cayenne rocks. I can't imagine that long wheel-base behemoth (T-Truck) doing anything but getting high centered . ...on the battery pack.
