Im not a vegetarian and probably never will be. But we cut way back on meat consumption and feel better for it. We'll go several days meatless, no problem. But then Ill get a crave for something. Funny thing is after getting away from meat taste, especially beef, for most meals, meat starts to taste really bland and I actually prefer the huge flavor of vegi.
Like everything with age, digestion does not get better. This change in eating habit has worked wonders for better sleep (not going to sleep feeling full), heartburn, energy level, weight, and yes, poop. People that say they "cant change", its simply a habit that must be broken. But of course, you have to want to.
