That's interesting. I have never been hungry during keto passages.
After three days the carb yearnings go away.
You clearly have the boredom but you can go dirty and keep the daily intake under 50 grams of carbs, which is surprisingly effective.
Almonds, cottage cheese and low carb beer for cheating. Just saying. If you can handle white liquor, you are golden.
You can have a big honkin' salad with lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower and avacado. Smother with chicken breast, cheese and diet Ranch and you are still within tolerance.
Aldi is supposed to be selling zero carb bread but it's not coming to market in a timely fashion. Then you can have a keto cheeseburger. Other stores sell it but at $9 per loaf.
