All newer 911 chatter in slow, driveway type turns, especially in reverse. Wide tires and slow, full lock turns exacerbate the ackerman alignment...or mis-alignment at full lock. I don't think it's hard on the tires at 2 mph.
I might describe it as two tires that are attached thru steering linkage trying to proscribe different radii in a turning maneuver. Since they can't, one of them is forced to skip around the circle.
Race cars are prone to this phenomena, but if you ever experience it, you're prolly moving rapidly toward the scene of the accident.
