My son has a hiatal hernia which causes extreme acid reflux from time to time.
He's struggling this week and my wife and I can't think of any good dinners. He's a bit tired of Chicken dishes. Can't really have anything with tree nuts because of allergies.
I'm considering oven baked fish with veggies for tonight but need some more ideas. I'm open to Vegetarian... whatever... Just need some good ideas. Have to be careful with garlic, onion and spices have to be mild.
