He's 17 years old and the specialist said if they didn't know better they'd have thought they were looking at the esophagus of a 40 year old. I don't want him to fight this into adult life where it makes him physically sick when he has an episode.
I picked up some white fish that I'm going to bake in the oven with light seasoning. I have butternut squash, zucchini, egg plant, yellow bell peppers and small red potatoes that I'm going to cube and heat in the oven with olive oil, sea salt and pepper for the menu tonight. I'm going to try and go very light meals for the next week or so to see if I can help the poor guy feel better.

Keep it white.
Fish , rice and pasta.
Maybe not the bell peppers.
I’m certainly not a gastro expert, but I was taking Zantac (ranitidine) and Pepcid Ac (famotidine ) with minimal results, and switched to Tagamet (cimetidine) with complete relief .
Good luck to your son.
