76FJ55, I don't think it fits into a bracket. The fitting is on top of the tank and wasn't connected to anything when I took it out.
mo-mon that's exactly the problem I'm having, although I've owned this car for 15 years and never had this happen before. I guess while I have everything torn apart I might as well replace the fuel lines. Could be cracks that aren't visible that are leaking,
