This https://www.renntech.org/images/vin_decoder/PorscheVINDecoder.html says that vin is for a 1984 US/Canada cab.

I seem to recall something funky on the later cars (81-) like the frunk vin always got stamped with the ROW ZZZ sequence; if the vehicle was assigned to the US, ZZZ was replaced with the appropriate code and provided on the A pillar tag.

But there'll be someone along in a minute that knows what they're talking about i'm sure ;D
