The national company has been leaving the franchised stores out of new promotions. Only the tastee freez/Wienerschnitzel co-branded stores were getting the new items. Our franchise holder for the state of Va has had enough and decided to retire, and there was an out in our franchise agreements that let us leave with no penalties and voided the non compete. It should be a plus for all involved.
