Are they going up faster than the money you spend to keep the car? Right now it is sitting with the gasoline going bad by the day. The tires become trash after just 5 years. Oil seals will start to leak and need to be replaced. Cash it out, put the money in your retirement funds, and let it draw investment growth.
Add up the insurance, and cost of a set of tires, fuel system flush, possibly new fuel pumps, Hopefully no mice have found it as yet. Spiders have for sure.
Cars don't age well just sitting.
