One thing that I have to envy is the SoCal driving roads.
Around here, Rt-66 is about the only interesting trip that is not interstate, turnpike, or a section line road that is a straight road with a stop sign every mile. Rt-66 is fun for some of the great restaurants, and some interesting sights, but for the most part it is just an ordinary city street.
My next big road trip will be to SoCal, and Palm Springs, CA for a week. I plan to hit some fun roads once I get to Flagstaff, AZ.
