I'm 52 and 5'10" and 182. My key is I only eat meat and vegetables for lunch and dinner, no processed foods ever. I also have 3-5 pints of ice cream per week, I might be a little slimmer if I only had one or 2 but what's the fun in that. And a lot of chocolate. And berries with heavy cream.
Net net, just eat actual food. Nothing that comes in a box.
