14" wok too small...16 or 18 next?
Family has declared I am the master of fried rice with my jet engine wok burner and 14" wok. I positively love cooking on it. I am however finding I'm at or beyond max capacity for enough rice for 4 people. Also have to do shrimp in smaller batches. So I'm going with the same 'brand' wok and they are available in 16 and 18" sizes. Should I get both and experiment or just go 16"?
Current wok is the 'Town Food Service' 14" Peking. Bought others before settling on this. Perfect thickness IMO.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
I believe we all make mistakes but I will not validate your poor choices and/or perversions and subsidize the results your actions.
