I put my foot down when i saw in my rear mirror a car bearing down on me with one headlamp out.Thought it was a ricer.Flashing blue lights dispelled the thought.Cop told me they had been targeting ricers.Got 3 points(12 and youre out) and £60 fine for excess speed.They loved the car!!I reckon the light was out on purpose.
