We had a big blizzard back on Christmas eve, 2009.
The wind caused a lot of drifting. It was "only" 6 inches of actual snow as I remember.
I spent the days out in my garage rebuilding the suspension on my 911. I sure remember the knot in my stomach when I looked at my 911 and the suspension was on the floor of the garage, and nothing under the car but jack stands.
No doubt the torsion bars needed replacing and all the rubber bushings. And lots of "while your in there" moments.
The rear was not as bad, but it got replaced and updated to ER rubber bushings al around. And new Bilstien shocks, and other little things.
