We've sold our house in Charleston, but i don't know if we will stay there or move closer to my work in Beaufort/Bluffton, which is south of Charleston by an hour or so. in fact, i'm not sure Ms Rocket will be going with me...
Having lived in gated neighborhoods, POA neighborhoods, etc. I'm thinking maybe a 1-3 acre piece of land that i can build a 3-4 garage with a 1 or 1-1/2 story house above (1500 - 2000 HSF). I'd like the front to look similar to a house, but obviously, that's a challenge. The concrete driveway for front entry 3 car garage would look like a runway, so maybe a side entry is better? Or a combination.
i just now joined the Garage Journal to see what they have and get ideas, but anyone have a source for plans and ideas?
