Mine look similar to this one...not exactly the same, but similar. It's been 2, maybe 3 years since done? Just tore out the 8' flourescents, put 2 of these to replace each one. Much brighter. No more tube or ballast replacing, no more AM radio static, no slow start in cold weather. Love 'em!
