You need to talk to someone about your CT dye experience. Do you take Metformin? Did they assess your kidney function (usually a few routine lab values) before the CT? Some IV contrast can be tough on kidneys.
Also, aortic aneurysm repair today is frequently accomplished via an endovascular procedure.
