We had a problem with moisture and mold in a just completed building. We had the HVAC contractor set up negative pressure fans in the doors. Then they used canned smoke to see where the smoke was being pulled into the building. We found several penetrations at the roof and the bottom of the walls at the slab. I was a real eye opener.
