You don't really need two hydraulic devices but this combination made it a one man job. Overall, a much less easy task than dropping the engine (and trans) in my SC. The HF 1000lb table is a useful bit of gear, but while I'd prefer a proper two-post hoist, the scissor lift is a game changer.

That is a nice scissor lift. Is it also from HF? If not, where from. I like how hi it lifts. Been debating adding a lift for years.
