They had to fix something up line somewhere to get me up to 100MBps when I upgraded my business connection to 100/20 to get more upload speed. Still every couple of months I have to turn the cable modem off, let it set of 10 minutes then turn it back on or it drops both up and down to around 1MBps. It costs me $140/mo to get static IPs instead of dynamic. It is normally $260. 20MBps upload is as fast as they offer residential business connections and it is a LOT more expensive. Have to have static IPs to reliably run a mail server. They let me have it for $140 because I have had it so long. Right now there is deal for $104, but after 6 months it goes up to $260.
