I can see where being at boarding school would make things more difficult. Concussions are worth taking seriously. Ringworm is a bit of PITA -- you need to find a doctor that knows what to prescribe. Some do not and it ends up burning another week of downtime.
Sorry you can't watch your son's matches. It's tough to watch sometimes (the old saying is true -- the only thing tougher than a wrestler is a wrestler's mom is true), but it's rewarding. I'm reminded of the time my son had to wrestle the reigning state champ in our county (the kid held the county record for most pins). My son put up a valiant fight and went 2 periods before finally getting pinned. The team was pumped up from his effort, even if it was a losing effort, and they trounced the other team overall.
